# Creditable founder submission guide

## Program and eligibility
Anything may be submitted: any stage, sector or country. Pre-seed and seed founders are welcome. HQ San Francisco. Builder support includes a funded $200/month AI plan, potential $25k+ startup credits (provider eligibility applies), a free course and a private network. The proposed partnership is 7% equity under a separate agreement. Applying creates no commitment. No published cash check size, duration or review deadline.

## MCP connection
Connect https://creditable.vc/mcp with Streamable HTTP. read_program returns published facts; validate_submission checks details without saving them; submit_project sends a founder-approved application. Its arguments are submission (the body below), idempotencyKey (a UUID) and confirmSubmission:true after explicit approval to send those details/materials. Identify the submitter as an agent with founder_authorized:true. Preserve the exact body and UUID on retries. No account key is required. Get explicit founder permission to share these details/materials with Creditable for review and follow-up. Do not fabricate missing answers. For a founder submitting directly, submitted_by.type may be founder. No account or API key required.

Optional: project.website; materials array of up to 10 {type:deck|demo|video|other,url}; context {stage,sector,country}; source {platform,medium,campaign,referrer}. Links must use HTTP/HTTPS. Do not send unknown fields. See [OpenAPI](https://creditable.vc/openapi.json) for exact limits.

Files: multipart/form-data with application (JSON string) and attachment (real PDF/PNG/JPG, up to 3 MiB). Total multipart request up to 4 MiB; JSON requests up to 64 KiB. Use a deck link for larger files. Files are private; remote links are not fetched automatically.

## Receipt and retries
201 with {reference,saved:true,status:received,intake_type:startup_submission} means saved for review. Identical retries with the same key and normalized body/file return 200 and the same reference. Preserve the key and exact body to recover a lost response. 409 means the key was used with different details. 400/415/422: fix fields; 413: reduce size; 429/503: respect Retry-After and retry identically. Per-IP quota: 5 new attempts/hour. Never report success without saved:true. Receipt is not selection, funding or acceptance of equity terms.

No public GET/list or public file URL. For corrections, access or deletion the founder can email jack@creditable.vc with the reference.
